FIREARM FUNDAMENTALS
Getting Started
Our Firearm Fundamentals class is the perfect class for anyone interested in learning how to properly handle a firearm. During this class you will learn about the different types of firearms and how to safely handle them. You will also learn the basic parts and function of modern firearms. We also cover the different ways to secure a firearm. It’s a great class for beginners of all ages who have wanted to learn but are hesitant. This is a non-live firing course. DEFENSIVE SHOOTING
Improving Skills
Whether you’re new to shooting or just simply looking to improve your skills, our Defensive Shooting Class offers everything you need and more. We teach drawing from the holster and firing from various positions. We also will show you how to perform speed and tactical reloads. You will learn how to safely clear malfunctions to keep your gun in the fight. This is a live firing course that requires up to 150 rounds of ammunition and is conducted in a more personal way than traditional classroom training. This allows us to give you the attention needed to provide the best value. Contact us today with any questions or for more information.

WEAR AND CARRY
Getting Certified
This class is a 16 hour course that is designed to meet the Wear and Carry training requirements set forth by the Maryland State Police. This class includes a shooting qualification of 25 rounds in which the applicant must score a minimum of 70%, as well as classroom instruction. During this class we discuss situational awareness and using cover and concealment as defense tactics. We also cover legal use of force and duty to retreat laws. Upon successful completion of the class and shooting qualification you will be able to apply for the Maryland Wear and Carry permit.

MARYLAND HQL CLASS
License to purchase for Maryland residents
This class is designed to meet the training and live fire requirements in order to be able to purchase a handgun in Maryland. This class also covers Maryland law as it relates to firearms in the home and while transporting. At the conclusion of this class you will be able to apply for your Maryland HQL which will enable you to purchase a handgun. This class requires the student to fire one live round.
